Adventuring with kids in Colorado can be, well… an adventure. Being prepared and knowing what you’re getting into always helps! I’ve found that other go-to hiking resources don’t quite give all the info you need to make a trek fun with kids. Like, will there be parking when I get there? Is there shade or will we melt in the sun?

I’ve compiled my absolute favorite kid-friendly, outdoor adventures to help give you ideas and (hopefully) make your life easier the next time you set out to make memories in the mountains.
